Reebok Loyalty:
White Glove

TLDR: Internal one-pager summarizing the process and benefits of Reebok White Glove.

To assist with the rollout of Reebok White Glove, I was briefed to create an internal one-pager to explain the purpose and processes of the initiative. The primary goal was to provide surprise and delight to loyalty members with additional gifts tailored directly to their interests. For this project, I established a minimal visual identity for White Glove and designed icons to succinctly summarize the steps involved in delivering an elevated customer experience.
